The fine wine that started it all. Our on-tap, frizzante (semi-sparkling) wine is as authentic as it gets. 

Plucked straight from the hands of some of the best wine makers in Northern Italy, it goes down incredibly well at any occasion. 

The Italians would never admit it to our faces, but they much prefer this style of wine to its spumante cousin, Prosecco. Less bloat, less residual sugar, and it pairs with just about anything. 

Our semi-sparkling brut also makes a brilliant base for hundreds of spritz cocktails.
