

Way back in 2015, two young bubble enthusiasts travelled to Italy on the hunt for the perfect tipple to serve from their fleet of mobile wine bars.
What they stumbled upon wasn’t your regular old Veneto plonk. They were introduced to a beautiful on-tap frizzanti that rivalled some of the best bottled Prosecco around. This gently fizzy, delicately balanced wine helped the Bros carve out a reputation for quality at scale, and they quickly became regular fixtures at the likes of Hampton Court Palace, Covent Garden Piazza, BBC Good food Show and Glastonbury festival.
Tried and tested at over 1000 public and private events, they are now very pleased to be offering you this same draught product, and a selection of their most successful spritz cocktails, by the 20 litre keg.

Pour 25ml Campari and 25ml sweet vermouth into a nice glass.
Chuck in a big ice cube.
Top it up with Bubble Bros semi-sparkling brut and stir.
Garnish with an orange slice or for extra bonus points - a twist of orange peel.
Pour 1 bottle of Aperol into your giant spritz glass.
Fresh from the tap, pour in 2 bottles worth of of Bubble Bros semi-sparkling brut.
Top with icy soda water and stir.
Garnish with half an orange and drink responsibly!
Start with 2oz of pomegranate juice in a glass filled with ice.
Follow with 2oz of Aperol and 4oz of Bubble Bros semi-sparkling extra dry brut.
Add 1oz of soda water and stir.
Garnish with pomegranate, orange slices, and a sprig of rosmary.
