How it works
Fine Italian frizzante, on tap at your bar. We sort the technical side, help with the tap, and deliver kegs in 2–3 days. You just pour.

Tell us about your venue
Fill in the trade order form with your venue, address and how many kegs you'd like, one-off or on a regular schedule. Our sales team gets back to you to confirm the details.
We check your setup
We ask a few quick questions: where the kegs will sit, how far they are from the tap, and what gas you already run. Leave the technical side with us. We work out the right pressure for your cellar.
We help with the tap
Got a spare line? Great. If not, our Bros will help you install a new tap. It uses the same Sankey coupler and the same CO₂ as your lager.
Your kegs arrive
20L kegs, delivered nationwide in 2–3 days. Store them somewhere at a steady 15–25°C and move one into place 12–24 hours before you connect it.
Start pouring
Each keg pours 160 glasses at 125ml, served cold at 10–12°C via a flash cooler. Once it's tapped, it stays fresh for weeks, so nothing gets poured away at close.
Keep it clean, recycle the empties
Rinse the line with water at every keg change, wash the tap daily, and have it sterilised every 30–40 days. The kegs are one-trip and recyclable, so there's nothing to send back.
What you'll need
If you already pour lager on draught, you're most of the way there. Missing something? Tell us and we'll help you sort it.
- A spare tap and line, or a quiet one you'd swap out
- A standard Sankey (S-type) coupler, the same as most lager
- A CO₂ supply, the gas you already use for beer
- A flash cooler to chill the wine on the way to the tap
- Space to store kegs at a steady 15–25°C
